【摘要】 本文培养了5种(株)杜氏藻,诱导其生成β-胡萝卜素,并测定了这5种(株)杜氏藻中β-胡萝卜素的含量和变化规律.结果表明,在这五种杜氏藻中,D.bardawil var.w-8-1的β-胡萝卜素含量最高,高达藻干重的6.6%;而D.primolecta的β-胡萝卜素含量最低,只占藻干重的0.7%.还发现,在所研究的5种(株)杜氏藻中β-胡萝卜素含量与培养时间均呈对数关系.本研究结果为开发和利用杜氏藻中的-胡萝卜素资源,提供了理论依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 We induced the β- carotene from 5 specie(strains) of Dunaliella so that we can measured the content and the variety regulation of β- carotene in 5 species (strains) of Dunaliella. My experiments showed that D.bardawil var. w-8-1 was the species that could accumulate the highest-level of?carotene (6.6% to the dried algae). At the same time those also showed that D. primoleta possessed the lowest ?carotene (0.7%) among the all-5 species (strains).更多还原
