一种非规则三维实体重建算法及其在医学骨图像分析中的应用
A METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF IRREGULAR 3D SHAPES AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN MEDICAL BONE IMAGE ANALYSIS
【摘要】 本研究提出了一种由断层面切片进行三维实体表面重建的改进方法 ,它将划分曲面、立体建模与传统的划分三角形法和局部特征匹配相结合。该方法通过在划分三角形系统中加入曲线匹配过程 ,以生成物体的垂直轮廓线 ,从而改善了Tagare等人[1] 提出的三角平面建模技术。三维物体的立体建模是通过轮廓网格产生的。实验结果表明 ,我们的建模系统比传统的划分三角形方法可以生成更精确、细致的图像 ,同时能以精细的分辨率观察三维几何特征和进行更方便、准确的三维测量
【Abstract】 An improved method for 3D surface reconstruction from cross-sectional slices is proposed in this paper.The method combines curved patch and solid modeling with traditional triangulation and a local feature matching process.This method improves the triangular surface modeling technique [1] by incorporating a curve matching process into the triangulation system for producing the vertical contours for the object.The solid models of 3D objects are then created from the contour mesh.Experimental results demonstrate the advantages of the modeling system in producing more accurate and detailed surfaces,visualizing 3D geometrical properties with fine resolution,and allowing more accurate and convenient 3D measurements compared with the traditional triangulation.
