矢量场平滑及其在医学体数据场三维重建中的应用
A NOVEL METHOD OF ISOSURFACE VECTOR FIELD SMOOTHING FOR 3D CONSTRCTION FROM VOLUME DATA FIELD
【摘要】 本研究探讨了Banach空间的本质和特点 ,提出了Banach空间上矢量场平滑的设想 ,认为Banach空间上由于介质的物理特性的变化所产生的界面是一个超曲面 ,界面上的点由其空间上的位置与方向两个参数构成 ,在此界面上的任意一个足够小的邻域上 ,点与点之间的位置和方向是相关的、非跃变的、有序的。在此基础上 ,文中给出了一种体数据场三维等值面上的星形邻域构造模型 ,在此星形邻域上采用三维矢量场平滑对等值面作优化处理 ,实验结果表明 ,对星形邻域上的三维矢量场平滑能有效提高三维重建的图像质量 ,使三维重建结果的真实性更强。
【Abstract】 In this paper the essence and characteristics of Banach space were inuestigated and a proposition of Banach space vector field smoothing was presented. The interface is a hyper surface caused by the changes of physical properties of the medium in the Banach space, and the points on the interface are composed of their locations and their directions. In a infinitely small neighbor, the locations and directions of the points are relevant with each other, not changing abruptly, and have their orders. Based on these principals, this paper presented a star neighbor composition model for the 3D iso surface of the volume data field, vector field smoothing of the star neighbor was used to optimize the constructed iso surface. Experimental results indicated that vector field smoothing of star neighbor can improve the quality of 3D reconstruction imagies and make 3D reconstruction obtain more facticity.
