杜仲提取物对运动后小鼠血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究杜仲醇提水溶部位(DT)对小鼠运动及运动后代谢变化的影响。方法:对小鼠负重游泳时间、运动后血清尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸含量进行测定。结果:杜仲醇提水溶部位不影响小鼠正常体重。延长负重游泳时间、降低运动后血清尿素氮含量,增加肝糖原含量,降低血乳酸含量。结论:杜仲醇提水溶部位具有抗疲劳作用。

【Abstract】 AIM: We examined the effect of taking extracts from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. bark, on experimental mice’s motor ability and some biochemical criterions. The extract was the concentrated aqueous layer of the total MeOH extract of the bark that was extracted by petroleum ether and CHCl3 from separately. METHOD: The experimental mice were taken Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. extract for thirty days, with three different dosages. The body weight changes were observed every 15 days. On the thirtieth day of the experimental period, the load swimming exercise was conducted and the swimming time was recorded. Then the concentrations of serum urea nitrogen, hepatic glycogen, and blood lactate were determined. RESULT: After the mice taking the extract of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. bark, while the experimental mice body weights are normal, the load swimming time is prolonged, and the extract can lower the concentration of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactate, elevate the hepatic glycogen concentration, significantly, compared with the control group respectively. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. bark extract help the body resist fatigue.
