【摘要】 目前 ,具有改善甜味口感能力的甜味抑制剂受到了人们的关注 ,本文介绍了几种天然植物来源甜味抑制剂的特性及其提取方法。

【Abstract】 Considerable recent attention has been focused on sweetness inhibitor with taste-modifying activity. This review summarizes information on the character and extraction methods of naturally planted-derived compounds.
