鲍鱼酶解提取液的生理活性

【摘要】 为推动鲍鱼的深加工 ,比较了鲍鱼酶解提取物 (Enzymolyticextractsofabalone ,EEA)与传统水提物 (Waterextractsofabalone ,WEA)的生理活性。EEA的生理作用呈良好的量效关系 ,2~ 8mL kg使小鼠耐常压缺氧时间延长 18 4 %~ 5 3 9% ,耐化学性缺氧时间延长 2 8 0 %~ 6 7 7% ,耐低温时间延长 2 4 3%~ 36 9% ,耐高温时间延长 7 3%~ 30 9% ,游泳时间延长 6 6 7%~ 138 9% ,爬杆时间延长 2 3 1%~ 130 8% ,碳粒吞噬指数提高 13 9%~ 2 9 1% ,溶血素水平提高 2 6 4 %~ 38 8% ,WEA的生理活性较弱 ,多数指标仅在剂量达到 8mL kgBW 时方能起效。结果表明 ,EEA可提高抗应激能力和免疫功能 ,作用强度远高于WEA。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the deep processing of abalone,the physiological activities of enzymolytic extracts of abalone (EEA) were studied in mice and compared with those of water extracts of abalone (WEA). EEA 2~8 mL/kg BW prolonged the survival time of normobaric-hypoxia mice by 18.4%~53.9%, NaNO-2-induced hypoxia mice by 28.0%~67.6%,cryo-mice by 24.3%~36.9%,heated mice by 7.3%~30.9%, swimming time by 66.7%~138.9%, and climbing time by 23.1%~130.8%,and increased phagocytic index by 13.9%~29.1% and hemolysin by 26.4%~38.8%. WEA showed far weaker effects than EEA,with the initial effective dose 8 mL/kg BW in most of the above parameters. Results of the study indicated that EEA was effective in increasing anti-stress ability and immune function.
