大豆异黄酮复合物缓解体力疲劳作用的实验研究
The alleviative effect of soybean isoflavone compound on physical fatigue in mice
【摘要】 目的 研究大豆异黄酮复合物缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法 雄性ICR小鼠 16 0只 ,体重 18~ 2 2g ,按体重随机分成对照组和 0 13、0 2 7、0 4 0g kgBW3个剂量组 ,每组 4 0只。小鼠经口灌胃给予大豆异黄酮复合物 30d后 ,分别测定负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、血乳酸及肝糖原含量。结果 大豆异黄酮复合物低、中、高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间 (4 31、4 4 1、4 86min)与对照组 (2 98min)相比均明显延长 ,小鼠游泳前后血乳酸测定曲线下的面积 (2 1815 9、2 2 2 6 6 2、2 0 5 72 4 )明显低于对照组 (2 4 6 99 2 ) ,中剂量组血清尿素氮含量 (7 4 6mmol L)低于对照组 (8 76mmol L) ,中、高剂量组小鼠静息状态肝糖原水平 (30 0、30 7mg g)明显高于对照组 (2 3 3mg g)。结论 大豆异黄酮复合物具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the alleviative effect of soybean isoflavone compound on physical fatigue. Methods 160 male ICR mice (18~22 g) were divided into four groups: a negative control and three experimental groups. After the mice were orally administered soybean isoflavone compound in dosages 0,0.13,0.27 and 0.40 g/kg BW respectively for 30 days,loaded swimming time,serum urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid and glycogen in liver were determined. Results\ 0.13,0.27 and 0.40 g/kg BW soybean isoflavone compound significantly prolonged the loaded swimming time of mice (4.31,4.41,4.86 vs 2.98 min),while decreasing the area under the blood lactic acid curve (21 815.9,22 266.2, 20 572.4 vs 24 699.2),and 0.27 g/kg BW soybean isoflavone compound obviously decreased serum urea nitrogen level after swimming (7.46 vs 8.76 mmol/L). At the same time,0.27 and 0.40 g/kg BW soybean isoflavone compound showed an evident incremental effect on rest glycogen in liver (30.0,30.7 vs 23.3 mg/g).Conclusion soybean isoflavone compound could alleviate physical fatigue.
