【摘要】 20 0 2年 7月 2 9日和 8月 10日 ,在江苏省 2个城市分别发生 5 0人和 4 0人的因食用受克伦特罗污染的淡水鱼引起的食物中毒。潜伏期 0 5～ 3h ,主要症状头痛、心悸、恶心、心率加快 ,最快者达 15 0次 min ,用GC -MS检测引起食物中毒的鱼、养鱼池的水 ,检出克伦特罗 ,检出范围为 4 0～10 0 μg kg。根据流行病学调查 ,临床表现和实验室的检测结果 ,确认两城市的中毒均是克伦特罗引起的食物中毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidemiological investigations of two outbreaks of clenbuterol food poisoning following consumption of fish were reported. The first outbreak affecting 50 cases occurred on July 29, 2002. The second outbreak affecting 40 cases in another area occurred on August 10, 2002. Patients complained of headache, heart-throb, nausea and tachycardia. The latent period ranged from 0.5 hours to 3 hours. Definitive confirmation of clenbuterol and determination of the content in fish samples were obtained by GC-MS. Concentrations in the fish samples ranged from 40 to 100 μg/kg. Considering the analytical data together with epidemiological evidence and clinical symptoms, we can identify that the two events were clenbuterol poisonings.更多还原
