厌氧产氢细菌连续生物制氢放大实验的研究
Studies on Pilot Continuous Bio-hydrogen Production by Anaerobic Bacteria
【摘要】 完成了有效容积700L的连续生物制氢实验,研究了水力停留时间(HRT)、蔗糖浓度对产氢细菌的影响,确定最佳HRT为10~12h,得到了蔗糖浓度16.4g/L时的最大产氢速度7.31L/L·d。
【Abstract】 Microbial continuous production of hydrogen was studied in a 700L bioreactor.The effect of different hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sucrose concentration on hydrogen production by bacteria were inestigated. The optimum HRT of 10~12h and the maximum hydrogen production rate of 7.31L/L·d at sucrose concentration of 16.4g/L were obtained.
