PDA在黄河高浊度水处理中的应用研究(Ⅱ)——高分子混凝剂投药量研究
Study on Application of PDA for Treatment of Yellow Rier High-turbid Water (Ⅱ)——Macromolecule Flocculant Dosage
【摘要】 研究了高分子混凝剂投药量与原水平均透光强度(对应于DC值)之间的关系。理论分析和试验结果表明,在一定的浑液面沉速下,两者之间相关性良好,具有幂函数关系D=eDCf,e、f为经验系数,从而提出了新的投药量公式。应用文中的关系式,只需检测进水DC值就可实现准确的水厂自动投药控制,大大简化了自动投药控制系统。
【Abstract】 The relation between macromolecule flocculant dosage and aerage transmitted light intensity(correspond to DC alue) was studied. Theoretic analysis and experimental results showed that under condition of fixed interface leel settling elocity, there is an exponential function relation between the two: D=eDC f in which e and f are empirical coefficients. So the new formula of macromolecule flocculant dosage was established. The automatical dosing can be realized only need the DC alue with this relation so that the automatical control system of water treatment plant was simplified.
