【摘要】 目的 :比较水提与醇提 (75 %乙醇 )对桃红四物汤中芍药苷的影响。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定桃红四物汤中单味药赤芍与复方中芍药苷的含量。结果 :复方所测成分含量显著高于单方 (P <0 0 1 ) ,复方醇提含量显著高于水提 (P <0 0 1 ) ,单方所测成分醇提与水提无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :不同提取方法对复方成分溶出有显著影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of Paeoniflorin in Decoction Containing Four Drugs with Persicae and Carthami by different solvents\|water and ethanol.Methods:We measured the content of Paeoniflorin in single drug \%Radix Paeoniae Rubra\% and group\|drug decoctions by HPLC.Results:The content of Paeoniflorin in group\|drug decoctions is higher than that in single drug \%Radix Paeoniae Rubra (P<0\^01)\%.In group\|drug decoctions,the content of Paeoniflorin with ethanol solvent is higher than that with water solvent( P< 0\^01).There was no significant difference in single drug \%Radix Paeoniae Rubra\% between water and ethanol solvent( P >0 05).Conclusion:Different solvent has significant effect on soluble substances extracted from group\|drug decoctions.更多还原
