【摘要】 目的 :应用高效液相色谱法测定蒡勃乳蛾消颗粒中牛蒡苷的含量。方法 :采用Diamonsil C1 8柱 (5 μm ,15 0mm×4 6mm) ,乙睛 水 (2 8∶72 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 0 2 875～ 1 4 375 μg ,r=0 9994 ,n =5 ,平均回收率为 98 0 9% ,RSD =0 73%。结论 :本方法简便、准确、灵敏 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of Arctiin in Bangboruexiao Granules by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Diamonsil-C 18 column(5μm,150mm×4^6mm)and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(28∶72).The detection wavelength was 280nm.Results:Good linear relationship between area and amount was noted for 0^2875～1 4375μg of Arctiin with a correlation coefficient of 0^9994 and n was 5.The average recovery of Arctiin was 98^09%, RSD was 0^73%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.更多还原
