【摘要】 目的 :选择半仿生法提取黄连解毒汤的最佳药材组合方式。方法 :以小檗碱、黄芩苷、栀子苷、总生物碱、总黄酮的含量、干浸膏得率及无水乙醇提取精制液的高效液相梯度洗脱总积分面积等为指标进行综合判定。结果与结论 :黄连解毒汤以黄连、黄柏与栀子合煎 ,黄芩单煎的提取方式为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To select the optimum extracting mode of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.Method:Semi-bionic Extraction method is used,the contents of berberine,baicalin,geniposide,total alkaloid,total flavonoid,extract weight and total integral calculus area of HPLC by gradient washing are evaluated by the results.Result and Conclusion:The optimum extracting mode of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is that Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri and Fructus Gardeniae are decocted together,and Radix Sutellariae is decocted alone.更多还原
