Keggin结构的SiW12/SiO23DOM材料的制备
Synthesis of Highly Ordered, Three-Dimensional Macroporous Structure of Keggin-Type SiW12/SiO2
【摘要】 以微乳法合成聚苯乙烯乳液,离心法组装成规则排列的聚苯乙烯胶晶模板,按摩尔比为SiW12∶TEOS∶EtOH∶H2O=1∶30∶266∶800的比例配成前驱物溶胶,填充到模板剂的微球间隙中,制成了前驱物样品。然后在一定的升温速率和温度下焙烧除去PS模板,得到白色的SiW12 SiO2固体。通过IR、XRD等测试方法表明,所得到的样品是具有keggin结构的SiW12杂多酸,SEM下观察到样品具有规则排列的三维大孔结构。
【Abstract】 Noncrosslinked,monodisperse polystyrene spheres were synthesized using an emulsifierfree emulsion polymerization technique. Ordered colloidal PS crystal was prepared by centrifugal effect. Threedimensional macroporous material of Keggintype SiW12/SiO2 was obtained by filling a precusor solution compounded of Keggintype polyoxometalates(POMs) SiW12O40, tetraethoxysilane(TEOS), ethanol and water in molar ratio of SiW12∶TEOS∶EtOH∶H2O=1∶30∶266∶800, into the interstices of the speres of the PS crystal, and subsequent calcination under a slow heating rate and suitable temperature. SEM images demonstrate that the obtained product is a highly ordere, threedimensional and macroporous structure. Infrared spectra and Xray diffraction determination shows that the porous walls compose of SiW12 with the Keggin structure and noncrystal SiO2.
