种子溶胀聚合法制备新型分子烙印聚合物

【摘要】 用超声波乳液聚合法,合成聚苯乙烯微粒,并以之作为种子,经过两步溶胀,以茶碱为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二丙烯酸酯为交联剂,聚合得到粒度均匀的球形分子烙印聚合物。研究了影响分子烙印聚合物形貌和吸附性能的因素,表明该聚合物对模板化合物茶碱具有良好的特异性吸附性能。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonically emulsion polymerization was used to produce polystyrene microparticles. Using polystyrene particles as seed, theophylline as imprinted molecular , methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker, uniformly sized molecular imprinted polymers(MIP) were prepared by two step swelling polymerization. The absorption capability was determined and found the MIP has absorption with a good selectivity on theophylline. The factors which effect on the size and shape of the MIP were also discussed.
