【Abstract】 The theory and technology which drive the development of agricultural biotechnology in the 20th century are summarizd, and the agricultural biotechnologies are comprehensively reviewed which were established and developed in a short time during last century. The authors believe that the agricultural biotechnology in the 21st century will be characterized by the post-genome era, thus will make great progress this century. Here are provided an all-round perspective of the revolutionary achievements and the issues that may arise in agricultural biotechnology; and the prerequisites that should be set up or fulfilled are pointed out, too.更多还原
