铜铬合金热挤压工艺参数的研究
Study on Parameters of ZCuCr1 Alloy in Thermal Extrusion
【摘要】 铜铬合金ZCuCrl是一种高强度,高硬度,良好导电和导热性的热处理强化合金,其在工业上有着广泛的用途。热挤压是一种少或无机加工的成形方法,具有材料利用率高(70%),操作简单,工作效率高等优点。本文利用YJ32—315A四柱式液压机,通过对ZCuCrl合金热挤压的挤压温度、挤压力等工艺参数和润滑剂的研究,为ZCuCrl合金热挤压广泛应用于工业生产中提供依据。
【Abstract】 Copper-Chromium alley ZCuCrl is a kind of thermal treatment strengthening alloy which has high strength,high hardness,good electric conduction and heat conduction.And there is widespread availability in industry.Thermal extrusion is a forming method with seldom or no machining,and has high usage rate of material(70%),easy operation and efficient.With 315t hydraulic pressure locomotive of four pillars,the extruding temperature,extruding force of ZCuCrl alloy and lubrication in thermal extrusion are studied,and provides foundation for Copper-Chrumium alloy widely used in industry.
