【Abstract】 The traditional coke furnace can not meet with the requirement of modern micro-electrical machinery manufacture. This passage introduces a new type furnace-300kg electric dissolving heat-insolated furnace, which uses light heat-preserved bricks and sodium silicate fabric rag to preserve heat, so that the surface temperature is low and the efficiency is high. In addition, the electric control system uses three states-controlled constant temperature circuit, which is convenient, reliable and accurate.
