枸杞油胶丸缓解体力疲劳作用的动物实验研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨枸杞油胶丸对疲劳小鼠各项疲劳指标的影响。方法 将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组和低、中、高剂量实验组。低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予 0 1、 0 2、 0 6g/(kg·bw)剂量的枸杞油胶丸 ,对照组灌胃给予等体积的植物油 ,连续 3 0d后 ,测定负重游泳时间、血清尿素、血乳酸和肝糖原。结果  0 2g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间 ,减少疲劳小鼠血清尿素产生 ,减小血乳酸曲线下面积 ,对小鼠的肝糖原储备量无明显影响。结论 枸杞油胶丸对动物具有缓解体力疲劳功能。

【Abstract】 Objective The study was undertaken to investigate the anti-fatigue effect of wolf-berry capsules Methods Mice were randomly assigned to control group,Low dose,middle dose and high dose experimental groups according to their weights Wolf-berry capsules prepared with plant oil were orally administered to mice in experimental groups at doses of 0 1、0 2、 0 6 g/(kg·bw) The control rats were given same volume of plant oil After 30 days,the effect on pergormance of the forced swimming test,on blood biochemical parameters related to fatigue,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),lactic acid,and liver glycogen content were investigated Results 0 2 g/(kg·bw)dose could significantly prolonged swimming time,reduced BUN level and accelerate lactic acid clearance after mice swimming The liver glycogen storage did not show any significant change Conclusion Wolf-berry capsules could alleviate physical fatigue in mice
