【摘要】 目的　观察老年性痴呆模型红细胞免疫的变化特点及天泰 1号的调节作用。方法　将老年性痴呆模型动物分为 4组 ,并设正常老年动物对照组。结果　老年性痴呆模型RC3 6R及RFER显著降低 ,而RICR及RFIR显著升高 ;天泰 1号组RC3 6R及RFER显著高于模型对照组 ,而RICR、RFIR显著降低 (P <0 0 5 -0 0 1)。结论　老年痴呆模型红细胞免疫功能明显低下 ;天泰 1号可显著改善其红细胞免疫及其调节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In Order to observe the characteristics of red cell immune in aged dementia mice as well as the effects of BuGanYangShui formula on the model mice. Methods The aged dementia model were induced by long-term i.p.AlCl 3.The model mice were divided into 4 groups,the normal aged mice group was also observed. Results In model control group,the RCR and RFER were descended.Meanwhile,the RICR and RFIR were ascended significantly.The RC 3b and RFER were significantly higher in group than those in model control group,and the RICR and RFIR were reduced significantly in BuGanYangShui group(P<0.05～0.01). Conclusion The red cell immune in aged dementia mice induced by AlCl 3 are lower significantly.The effects of BuGan Yang Shui formula on upregutating the red cell immune are remarkable .更多还原
