【摘要】 目的　评价新研制成功的国产冻干风疹减毒活疫苗的免疫持久性 ,为制定风疹疫苗免疫策略提供依据。方法　在桃江县城关镇三所小学选择 5～ 9岁风疹血清HI抗体阴性的健康儿童 ,为其接种风疹疫苗 ,跟踪观察风疹疫苗免疫后抗体动态变化。结果　免疫 1个月后风疹HI抗体的阳转率为 98 94% ,抗体几何平均滴度倒数 (GMT)为877 79。免后 1、 2、 3、 4、 5年风疹HI抗体阳性率仍维持较高水平 ,分别为 99 2 1%、 10 0 0 0 %、 10 0 0 0 %、10 0 0 0 %、 10 0 0 0 % ;而风疹HI抗体的GMT则逐年下降 ,分别为 767 18、 5 5 0 18、 3 63 0 8、 2 2 3 92、 15 8 42 ;第 8年风疹HI抗体阳性率和GMT均明显下降 ,分别为 91 3 0 %和 3 0 96。结论　国产冻干风疹减毒活疫苗具有良好的免疫原性 ,免疫效果至少可维持 8年。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the immunity duration of the lyophilized attenuated live rubella vaccine and accumulate data for formulating an immunization strategy Methods The health children aged 5～9 without HI antibody to rubella in three school of Tao-jiang county were vaccinated and the dynamic antibody levels were observed Results The HI antibody positive conversion rates was 98 94% one month after vaccinated,and the geometric mean titers(GMT)was 877 79 During the investigation period,the HI antibody decreased significantly from year to year with GMT 767 18,550 18,363 08,223 92 and 158 42 respectively,but the positive rate of HI antibody still retained at high level with a rate of 99 21%,100 00%,100 00%,100 00% respectively;At the eighth year after immunization,the GMT and the positive rate declined significantly to 30 96% and 91 30% Conclusion The immunogenicity of the vaccine produced in China is satisfied The immunity duration remains 8 year at least更多还原
