【摘要】 对狂犬病固定毒Vero细胞适应株 3aG V的生物学特性进行了研究 ,包括病毒的形态、抗原结构、培养条件、致病性、免疫原性、纯毒试验及其在中枢神经系统是否形成尼氏小体检查。结果表明狂犬病病毒 3aG V株具有抗原性好 ,培养产毒量高 ,保持有aG固定株弱毒性、传代稳定、无变异 ,可作为替代地鼠肾细胞狂犬病疫苗aG毒株 ,用于Vero细胞培养病毒生产出毒液毒力高 ,灭活后效力高 ,安全性好的纯化Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗的生产用疫苗株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The biological characteristics of Vero cell adapted strain of the fixed rabies virus 3aG V was studied in the present study, including morphology and antigenic structures of virus, cultural condition, pathogenicity, immunogenicity, toxigenicity and the protective efficiency. Results showed that this strain of virus exhibited excellent immunogenicity; produced titred viruses upon cultivation on Vero cells; showed no variation on the biological characteristics of the vero cell adapted strain of fixed rabies virus 3aG V after serial transfers, thus having the condition to substitute hamaster kidney rabies vaccine strain aG for the preparation of purified Vero cell rabies vaccine with high protective efficiency and excellent safety.更多还原
