【摘要】 采用LSAB免疫酶组化染色技术 ,对中华硬蜱特异性抗原定位进行分析 ;用中华硬蜱反复叮咬后的动物血清 ,经LSAB法抗原片染色 ;结果显示 :中华硬蜱唾液腺和中肠上皮呈阳性反应 ,而在蜱的肌肉组织、卵巢组织、血腔等器官组织均显阴性反应 ,提示中华硬蜱唾液腺和中肠上皮为特异性抗原所在部位 ,为中华硬蜱进一步抗原纯化、疫苗研制提供了理论基础更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of LSAB immunohistochemical staining,the specific antigen localization of Ixodex sinensis was performed with sera from the hosts infected by Ixodex sinensis The results showed that the specific antigens were found to be positve in salivary gland and midgut epithelium but negative in musle tissue.ovary,hemal cavity and other tissues.These results prove that the specific antigens of Ixodex sinensis are only localized in salivary gland and midgut epithelium And this study has therefore laid a theoretical basis for further antigen purification and vaccine research更多还原
