【摘要】 目的 :探讨Survivin在人乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :用原位杂交、免疫组化对人乳腺浸润性导管癌未化疗组 2 8例、化疗组 17例、癌旁正常组织 15例、乳腺良性病变 2 0例检测。结果 :每指标的SurvivinmRNA与Survivin蛋白表达无显著性差异且正相关 ;Survivin在人乳腺浸润性导管癌未化疗组表达高 ,不同年龄、TNM分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移、受体类型组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;化疗组比未化疗组低 (P <0 .0 1) ;在癌旁正常组织中无表达 ,在乳腺良性病变中低表达。结论 :Survivin在人乳腺浸润性导管癌高表达 ,有利于其诊断及疗效的判定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of survivin in human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma.Methods:In twenty-eight samples of human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma without chemotherapy,seventeen human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma with chemotherapy,fifteen human normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma,twenty breast benign lesion the expressions of survivin were determined by methods of in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.Results:The expressions of survivin mRNA were positively correlated with that of survivin protein in every marker and showed no significant difference.The positive expressions of survivin in human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma without chemotherapy were impressively high and they were significantly different among the ages,TNM stages,pathology grades,lymph node metastases and types of receptors( P <0.01).The expressions of survivin were lower in human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma with chemotherapy than without chemotherapy( P <0.01),however,the expressions of survivin were not found in normal breast tissue and were very low in breast benign lesion.Conclusion:The expressions of survivin are rather high in human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma and may be helpful in diagnosis of the disease,and determination of the therapeutic effect.更多还原
