【摘要】 目的 :建立了环孢素A滴眼液的制备方法。方法 :采用蓖麻油制备环孢素A滴眼液 ,用HLPC测定制剂中环孢素A的含量 ,并对制剂的稳定性进行了考察。结果 :本研究研制的环孢素A滴眼液制备工艺简单 ,质量稳定 ,含量测定快速、准确。结论 :该制剂工艺可用于常规制备环孢素A滴眼液更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the prescription and preparing procedure for the cyclosporine A eyedrops.Methods:The cyclosporine A eyedrops was prepared from castor oil.The cyclosporine A content of the preparation was determined by HPLC,and stability of the preparation was examined,too.Results:The results showed the procedure of preparation was simple,and the quantitative determination was quick,and accurate while the quality was reliable.Conclusion:The procedure described here can be uesed to prepare the cyclosporine A eyedrops.更多还原
