【摘要】 目的 :探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术 (PPH)治疗重度痔的疗效。方法 :随机采用PPH手术 (PPH组 11例 )和痔环形切除术 (对照组 12例 )治疗重度痔。结果 :PPH组手术时间及术后住院时间均较对照组明显降低。PPH组术后疼痛程度轻 ,持续时间短 ,术后并发症少。结论 :与传统的痔环形切除术相比 ,PPH手术具有操作简单 ,手术时间短 ,术后疼痛轻 ,并发症少 ,恢复快等优点 ,但远期疗效有待进一步观察更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods:The experiment group(also called PPH group) consisting of 11 cases was subjected to PPH,the controlled group with 12 cases to Saresola-Klose method.Results:This study showed that the operating time and hospital stay after operation in PPH group were shorter than those in control group;less pain, less complication after operation and faster recovery were found in PPH group.Conclusion:PPH has such advantages as short operative time,less postoperative pain,fast recovery,less complications,etc.But its long-term curative effect is to be observed further.更多还原
