【Abstract】 Research in social work should emphasize reciprocal complement and support of the quality study to the quantity survey. Structural equation modeling is such a plural variable method of statistical analysis that uses linear equation system to represent the theory on the basis of the theories established. This method is also named with covariance structural analysis and causal modeling.
