β-环糊精衍生物对荧光物质荧光特性的影响
Effect of β-Cyclodextrin Derivative on the Fluorescence Properties of Naphthol and Naphthylamine
【摘要】 研究了双 - (6 -氧 -丁烯二酸单酯 ) -β-环糊精和双 [- 6 -氧 - (3-脱氧柠檬酸酯 ) ]-β-环糊精 2种β-环糊精衍生物对萘胺、萘酚荧光强度的影响 ,结果表明不同衍生物对不同物质荧光特性的影响总体上是呈下降趋势 ,且衍生物自身具有荧光 ;并初步分析了引起荧光试剂荧光强度变化的原因
【Abstract】 The effect of β cyclodextrin derivative such as bis(6 O fumaric ester) β CD, bis[6 O 3 ( deoxy citric ester)] β CD on the fluorescence intensities of α naphthol, β naphthol, β naphthylamine were studied.The β CD derivatives usually decrease the fluorescence intensity and they have their own fluorescence. A primary analysis is also given.
