【摘要】 目的 研究广东紫珠的化学成分。方法 用硅胶色谱技术分离化学成分,用IR、NMR和MS等方法鉴定化合物。结果 得到并鉴定的6个化合物分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、水杨酸(Ⅳ)、丙氨酸(Ⅴ)和琥珀酸(Ⅵ)。结论 上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the chemical constituents from the upground of Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun. METHODS Silica gel chromatography was used to isolate and purify the chemical components, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS Six compounds were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), olean-olic acid (Ⅱ). ursolic acid (Ⅲ), salicylic acid (Ⅳ), alamine (Ⅴ), and succinic acid (Ⅵ). CONCLUSIONS All these compounds were isolated for the first time from Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun.更多还原
