采用参与式方法评估中国玉米研究的优先序

【摘要】 采用参与式方法,对全国5个玉米生态区进行了参与式农村评估(PRA),并邀请专家以参与式学术研讨的方式对PRA所获得的玉米生产发展限制因素进行分析,以及对不同生态区的限制因素的重要性进行排序,在此基础上得出了我国玉米研究的优先序。结果表明,干旱是未来我国玉米生产发展的第一限制因素,也是玉米科研最优先的研究领域。栽培管理技术和农业技术推广等是近期我国政府在制定相关产业发展政策时必须考虑的重要领域。

【Abstract】 The current research was carried out based on the examination and confirmation of the constraints identified through the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) surveys for each of the five geographical regions and maize production systems in China. All potential physical, biological and institutional constraints that are relevant to each region / production system were considered in the PRA surveys. Experts in maize research, production, and management have evaluated and judged the data, and draw a conclusion of priorities for maize research and development. Drought is the primary constraint limiting maize production, and the first priority in maize research and development. Both improvement of production techniques and dissemination system of advanced technology are also important aspects for the government in making policy to accelerate the development of maize industry.
