【摘要】 今天,越来越多的中国人开始重视家庭暴力的问题,而婚姻暴力作为家庭暴力的一部分,严重侵害了妇女的合法权益,更引起社会各界的广泛关注。本文着重从非理性的角度来分析,认为婚姻暴力与性别角色的直觉、性本能、自我本能、情绪、激情、理想、欲望和动机等非理性因素有关,并对如何预防婚姻暴力,提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The violence in family life has been increasingly focused by Chinese people nowadays, and wedlock violence, one part of domestic violence, seriously violates women’s legal rights, which arouses the whole society’s attention. The article mainly analyzes the real causes of wedlock violence in the view of irrationality, holding that it is related to such irrational factors as gender intuition, sexual instinct, ego, mood, passion, ideal, desire and motivation,etc. Finally, some countermeasures to avoid and reduce such violence are given.更多还原
