【摘要】 对浙江省25个经济欠发达县119个乡镇中心卫生院的基本情况、人力资源、急救设施与设备、急救药品、急救服务技能等卫生资源进行了现状调查与分析。结果表明欠发达县中心卫生院卫生人力整体素质偏低,急救知识与技能缺乏;急救基本设备配置不足,且机构间差异明显;急救药品质量存在一定的安全隐患。提出了若干讨论与思考建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article studied the first aid health resources distribution condition in about 119 township center hospitals of 25 undeveloped counties in Zhejiang province. The results indicated that in the township center hospitals in undeveloped county there are in whole lower quality of health persons, in lack of first aid technology and basic facilities condition, which was different level in different scale hospitals, and different degree hidden danger exists of first aid remedy’s safety and quality.
