布尔山羊异地采集胚胎与移植效果的研究

【摘要】 将55只饲养管理条件和超排处理方法相同的成年布尔山羊随机分成试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组。各组供、受体羊的比例为1:13。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别经3和6h,在采卵前2~4h运抵采胚、移植地点,对照组在原饲养地采胚/移植。结果表明,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组供体羊平均每只采集有效胚12.91和13.38枚,对照组为15.30枚,但差异不显著。而膘情较好的试验Ⅰ组受胎率最高(71.29%),流产率最低(2.68%)。膘情较差的试验Ⅱ组受胎率最低(51.68%)流产率最高(9.09%);膘情居中的对照组受胎率(65.66%)和流产率(3.08%)介于前二者之中。

【Abstract】 Fifty-five adult female Boer goats under same conditions of feeding and treatment for super-ovulation were allocated to three groups(1donor:13 recipients). GroupⅠand groupⅡwere transported respectively in 3 and 6 hours to strange land far from original farm 2-4hours prior to collection and transfer of embryos. The goats in control group were still kept in farm. Ovarian examination and embryo/ova recovery were performed at laboratory on day 5~6 after mating. The most effective embryos were recorded in control group(15.30),followed by groupⅡ(13.38)and groupⅠ(12.91). There was no significant difference with respect to average effective embryos recovered between 2 experiment groups and control group. However,the highest pregnancy rate(71.29%)and the lowest rate of abortion(2.68%)were recorded in group Ⅰwhich was in good body condition. The lowest pregnancy rate(51.68%)and the highest rate of abortion(9.09%)were recorded in group Ⅱwhich was in pool body condition. The both records about pregnancy rate and rate of abortion in control group were 65.66% and 3.08% separately and were situated between group Ⅰand group Ⅱ.
