深圳市金湖上、下水库联合防洪实时调度方案设计

【摘要】 通过对深圳市金湖上、下水库的实际情况及现行调度中存在问题分析 ,提出了基于洪水预报和水文信息及下游河道反馈的实时水位信息的深圳市金湖上、下水库防洪调度新的运行规则和联合调度补偿决策规则 ,并基于这些规则给出了深圳市金湖上、下水库防洪实时调度方案

【Abstract】 Through analyses of real conditions and the existing problems of the flood control operation of the higher and lower reservoirs of Jinhu, Shenzhen, the new operation rules and the united flood control operation rules for the higher and lower reservoirs of Jin Lake, Shenzhen are proposed based on the flood forecast and hydrologic information, and the feedback real-time water level information downstream in this paper. And the flood control real-time operation schemes for the higher and lower reservoirs of Jinhu, Shenzhen, are redesigned based on the new operating rules.
