不同滴灌量和施氮量对马铃薯硝酸盐累积的影响

【摘要】 采用植株反射仪探讨了不同滴灌量和施氮量对马铃薯硝酸盐累积影响 ,试验结果表明 :在滴灌条件下 ,在马铃薯现蕾期和块茎膨大期 ,随着滴灌量的增加 ,马铃薯叶柄硝酸盐有降低的趋势 ,但随着施氮量的增加 ,马铃薯叶柄硝酸盐也随着增加。现蕾期叶柄硝酸盐逐步增加累积 ,块茎膨大期叶柄硝酸盐浓度则逐渐降低。马铃薯现蕾期和块茎膨大期 ,叶柄硝酸盐浓度与产量之间有很好的相关性。

【Abstract】 Through using plant-reflection meter, the effects of different drip irrigation water quantity and nitrogen application on nitrate accumulation of potato are discussed. The experiment results show that under drip irrigation condition, the nitrate in the potato petioles decreases with the increase of irrigation; the nitrate in the petioles increases with the increase of nitrogen application during the bud period and the tuber expansion period; the nitrate in the petioles accumulates gradually during bud period, and its concentration decreases gradually during tuber expansion period; significant correlation between nitrate concentration and yield in the bud period and the tuber expansion period.
