不同采收期半夏生物碱含量的变化规律

【摘要】 为探讨半夏生物碱含量的变化规律,从而为确定半夏采收期提供科学依据,采用氯仿提取法,依据酸性染料比色法的原理,在波长为417nm的条件下测定了半夏中生物碱含量,并对测定的结果进行了方差分析.结果表明:盐酸麻黄碱与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9989);半夏生物碱含量差异显著(F=2.313,P<0.05);半夏生物碱含量以8月下旬的为最高,单株平均生物碱产量以10月下旬至11月上旬的为最高,半夏最佳采收期为10月下旬至11月上旬.

【Abstract】 For a better understanding of the dynamic change regularity of the alkaloid content of Pinellia ternate (Thunb.) Breit. and by using chlorolform to extract the herbs, the alkaloid was tested and analyzed under the wavelength of 417 nm by acid dye colorimetry so as to find out the best harvest time. Results show that the calibration curves of alkaloid are linear (r=0.998 9) and that the difference of alkaloid content is obvious (F=2.313,P<0.05). This simple and quick method proves that the alkaloid content can reach its highest point in the last 10 days of August but according to the mean yield of alkaloids per plant, the highest content time which is considered the best harvest period is in the last 10 days of October and the first 10 days of November.
