单甲脒对模型池塘生态系统的影响及其预测
Prediction of the Effect of DMAH on the Structure and Function of Model Pond Ecosystem
【摘要】 报道了单甲脒对模型池塘生态系统结构与功能影响的研究结果.在较高浓度单甲脒的影响下,模型池塘生态系统遭到破坏,群落中浮游藻类的种类、数量、多样性明显下降,水体所含总氮、总磷的量增加,群落代谢失去平衡,呼吸量大于生产量,群落由自养型向异养型退化.对生态系统群落结构变化趋势的灰色预测表明,低浓度(1.5mg/L)的单甲脒对群落结构与功能的影响不显著,但较高浓度(≥3.0mg/L)的单甲脒最终将导致水质恶化.
【Abstract】 The variations of the structure and function of model pond ecosystem under different DMAH concentrations were tested. Under the influence of DMAH of heavy concentrations(≥3 mg/L), species number and quantity of algae decreased, concentration of TN and TP in the water increased, and metabolic rate (P/R) of each community was less than 1.0, i.e., production of each model pond community was less than respiration except the community under 1.5 mg/L DMAH concentration and the control. Predictive gray models about the community structure of model pond ecosystem were established based on the experimental data, results of which show that heavy concentration DMAH(≥3 mg/L)would damage the aquatic ecosystem.
