【摘要】该文重点论述了1,6-二磷酸果糖二钙的提取工艺,得出最佳工艺条件为:1L发酵液中加1.0mol的氯化钙,体系pH为8.5,酸洗pH为1.5,碱沉pH为8.5。红外光谱显示,此工艺提取的产品为1,6-二磷酸果糖二钙,提取率为68％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extraction technology of calcium fructose-1,6-diphophate was studied in this paper. The optimal technology conditions were as following: 1.0 mol CaCl2 for 1 L fermentation broth, pH 8.5, pH 1.5 of acid washing, and pH 8.5 of alkali sinking. IR analysis showed that the extracted product was calcium fructose-l,6-diphophate and the extractive rate was 68%.更多还原
