振动攻丝扭矩信号处理中应用小波分析

【摘要】 介绍了小波分析理论及Mallat快速算法,将它应用于振动攻丝扭矩信号分析中,并从扭矩信号静态值提取和动态力分离二个方面,详述了小波分析在振动攻丝扭矩信号处理中的应用.研究表明:该方法能够有效地从振动攻丝扭矩信号中提取出它的静态值和动态力.

【Abstract】 The theory of wavelet analysis and the Mallat algorithm of wavelet transform are introduced in this paper. The application of this theory to analysis vibration tapping torque signal is discussed here. In this paper, the wavelet analysis is used to extract the static value and separate dynamic torque from the vibration tapping torque. The research result shows that the static value and dynamic force can be extracted from the tapping torque by the method.
