【摘要】 目的:探索晚发性精神分裂症的临床特征及相关问题。方法:选择63例晚发性精神分裂症患者为研究组,对照组为100例非晚发性精神分裂症病人,两组从性别、文化程度、家族史、疗效、精神症状、诊断分型及病前性格方面对照研究。结果:研究组在性别、疗效、阳性症状、病前性格和诊断分型上与对照组有显著差异。文化程度和家族史方面无差异。结论:晚发性精神分裂症与非晚发性精神分裂症有诸多不同之处,应多加关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and correlative question in late-onset schizophrenia. Methods: 63 patients with late- onset schizophrenia (study group) and 100 schizophrenias (control group) who were non late- onset were divided into two groups. They were comparably analyzed in sex, cultural level, family history, treatment effect, psychotic symptom, diagnostic typing and personality before illness. Results: There was significant difference at sex, treatment effect, positive symptom, personality before illness and diagnostic typing in two groups. There was no difference at cultural level and treatment effect in two groups. Conclusions: There are more difference about late - onset schizophrenia and non late - onset schizophrenia.
