【摘要】 目的:了解住院精神病人综合医学会诊临床情况。方法:查阅2000年-2001年我院住院精神病人综合医学会诊记录60 例,并进行归纳分析。结果:2年会诊率为2.5％,根据疾病分类,神经科和皮肤科病例最多(均为16.7％);心血管科和传染科居次(均为 10.0％);会诊疾病中有23.3％与使用精神药物有直接关系。结论:应重视住院病人的躯体疾病情况,提高精神科医生综合医学知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know the clinical management of medical consultation in psychiatic inpatients. Methods: Reviewed the medical consultation records of psychiatric inpatients in 2000 - 2001. 60 cases were analyzed and synthesized. Results:The rate of consult ation was 2.45% in two yeas. diseases assorting:Neurology department and skin department were most frequent (all was 16.7%), followed by cardio-vessel department and infection department (all was 10.0%). 23.3% of the diseases have relation with using of psychiatric drugs. Conclusion: The diseases of psychiatric inpatients should are emphasized. We must improve psychiatrists medical knowledge.更多还原
