【摘要】 目的测定鼠疫冻干血球的保存年限对其效价的影响。方法鼠疫间接血凝试验试管法和反向间接血凝试验试管法。结果对1996～2001年不同年份生产的冻干F1抗原、抗体血球的凝集效价进行比较,结果发现冻干血球的效价随着保存时间的延长而下降。F1抗原血球可以保存3年,其效价滴度仍可达1∶4万以上。F1抗体血球低温保存3年,效价滴度在1∶5120～1∶10000。结论鼠疫F1抗原和抗体冷冻血球细胞能分别保存2年和4年。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To exam the affection on the titers of plague frozen blood cell conserved in different time. Methods Plague indirect hemagglutination assay and plague reverse indirect hemagglutination assay were used. Results We compared the titers of plague F 1 antigen frozen blood cell with plague F 1 antibody frozen blood cell produced during 1996 to 2001. The results demonstrated that the titers of frozen blood cell dropped with the extention of the conserved time. The titers of plague F 1 antigen frozen blood cell which stored in refrigerater for 3 years maintained more than 1∶40 000 . The titers of plague F 1 antibody frozen blood cell which stored in refrigerater for 3 years maintained 1∶5 120 1∶10 000 . Conclusion The plague F 1 antigen, antibody frozen blood cells can be conserved for 4 years and 2 years,respectively.更多还原
