双硫磷颗粒剂控制城镇市河蚊幼的效果研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨城镇市河流动水中蚊幼的防制对策 ,观察双硫磷颗粒剂的灭蚊效果和持效期。方法 在试验河道中 ,分别采用 2g/m2 和 1g/m2 双硫磷颗粒剂进行灭蚊效果和持效时间观察。结果 两个浓度组 2 4h蚊幼下降率分别为 90 .2 %和 90 .9% ,经统计学处理 ,相对密度指数均小于 5 0 ,灭蚊效果显著 ,2 g/m2 浓度组持效 12d ,1g/m2 浓度组持效 5d。结论 该颗粒剂能够有效地控制城镇市河流动水中蚊幼孳生 ,2 g/m2 浓度组效果优于 1g/m2 浓度组 ,持效比乳剂长。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mosquito larvae management strategy in Shanghai City stream river and the effect,long-lasting activity of abate granules against mosquito larvae. Methods Observing the effect and efficiency time of abate granules against mosquito larvae in 2 concentrations ( 2 g/m 2 and 1 g/m 2 ). Results The decreasing rate of 2 concentrations in 24 h were, 90.2% and 90.9% ,respectively both RPIs were less than 50,the effect was obvious,long-lasting active time was 12 days at rate of 2 g/m 2 ,5 days at 1 g/m 2 . Conclusion The granules possesse good activity mosquito larvae control in stream river,the effect at rate of 2 g/m 2 is better than at 1 g/m 2 . The lasting time of granules is longer than emulsion.
