【摘要】 目的　比较第一代 (敌鼠钠盐 )和第二代抗凝血杀鼠剂 (大隆 )的现场防制效果。方法　在环境条件相同的两个社区分别以 0 .0 2 5 %敌鼠钠盐和 0 .0 0 5 %大隆毒饵饱和投放法实施灭鼠 ,用粉迹法考核灭鼠效果 ,并连续 6个月进行种群数量监测。结果　敌鼠钠盐和大隆的灭鼠率分别为 80 .3 %和 87.7%,经 χ2 检验 ,二者差异无显著性 ( χ2 =2 .764 <χ20 .0 5,P >0 .0 5 )。结论　第一代抗凝血杀鼠剂仍具有良好的防制效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparing the efficacy of the first and second generation anticoagulant rodenticide diphacine Na salt and brodifacoum on commensal rodent. Methods Using 0.025% Diphacine Na salt and 0.005% Brodifacoum for controlling the commensal rodent in two similar communities and setting about 300 pieces of powder in two communities for 6 months respectively to abtain the rodent density level. Results The deratting rate of the Diphacine Na salt is 80.3% while the Brodifacoum is 87.7% after three weeks treetment. Conclusion The first generation anticoagulant rodenticide diphacine Na salt still has good efficacy.更多还原
