【摘要】 目的　观察国产杀虫剂大功达对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效和现场灭效。方法　实验室用瓶膜法 ,现场用滞留喷洒法。结果　 ( 1)当药物浓度为 0 .0 0 2 5 %时 ,KT50 为 3 .77( 3 .40～ 4.15 )min ;药物浓度为 0 .0 0 5 %和 0 .0 1%时 ,KT50分别为 3 .17( 2 .88～ 3 .48)min和 3 .45 ( 3 .2 5～ 3 .65 )min。 ( 2 )当药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %、0 .0 0 5 %、0 .0 1%时 ,印鼠客蚤 2 4h死亡率均为 10 0 %。 ( 3 )持效 :药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放 9个月后 ,药物浓度在 0 .0 0 2 5 %以上时 ,印鼠客蚤 2 4h死亡率均为 10 0 %。 ( 4 )现场 2d灭效 :使用 0 .0 3 %浓度对地面游离印鼠客蚤的校正灭蚤率为 80 .80 %。 ( 5 )现场残效 ( 2 9d) :使用 0 .0 3 %浓度对地面游离印鼠客蚤的校正灭蚤率为 93 .87%。结论　大功达 8%可湿性粉剂毒力强 ,现场灭效好 ,气味小 ,对人畜安全 ,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中推广使用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To studies the efficacy of 8% Dagongda against Xenopsylla cheopis . Methods Using residual smearing method and laboratory, resort spraying method in field. Results (1)At concentration of 0.002 5% , the KT 50 is 4 min : 0.002 5% is 3.77 ( 3.40- 4.15)min ; 0.005% is 3.17 ( 2.88- 3.48)min ; 0.01% is 3.45 ( 3.25- 3.65)min ; (2)the LC 50 is 0.000 530 9% ( 0.000 490 0%- 0.000 575 2% ); (3)the 100% mortality (24 hour) with the Dagongda concentration is at the rate of 0.002 5% ; (4)when used as residual smearing, Dagongda can be keep its efficacy more than 270 days under room temperature; (5)The field tests, the killing rates of 0.03% Dagongda to Xenopsylla cheopis were 80.80% for 2 days and 93.87% for 29 days respectively. Conclusion The Dagongda can be used in flea control in plague epidemic area.更多还原
