【摘要】 目的　比较乙型脑炎 (乙脑 )减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗在小鼠体液和细胞的免疫应答。方法　应用检测特异性细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)活性的方法检测乙脑减毒活疫苗的细胞免疫应答 ,并以灭活疫苗作对照。结果　减毒活疫苗免疫小鼠后诱导的CTL均值为79.2 % ,较灭活疫苗 (2 9% )高 50 .2 % ,表明减毒活疫苗具有较强的特异性CTL活性。用同批减毒活疫苗免疫小鼠后其中和抗体效价为 1∶5 ,而同批的灭活疫苗为 1∶2 0 ,减毒活疫苗的免疫效力 (ID50 ) 3 .6× 1 0 - 6 /ml,显著高于灭活疫苗的 (4.0～ 4 .2 )× 1 0 - 4/ml。结论　乙脑减毒活疫苗诱导的免疫应答中细胞免疫在保护效力中占有重要地位更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the humoral immunity and cell mediated immunity of attenuated and activated Japanese encephalitis(JE)vaccine in mice. Methods The specific CTL cell mediated immune responses induced by live attenuated and activated Japanese encephalitis(JE)vaccine in mice were compared. Results The experiment showed that the specific CTL activity induced by live JE vaccine was 79.2%,however,which induced by inactivated JE vaccine was only 29%.The neutralizing antibody titer of mice immunized with live and inactivated JE vaccine were 1∶5 and 1∶20 respectively, and the immune potency of the 2 kinds of vaccine were 3.6×10 -6 /ml and 4.0×10 -4 /ml(ID 50 ) respectively. Conclusion It indicated that the cell immunity induced by live JE vaccine play an important role in protective potency.更多还原
