【摘要】 目的　观察中药肝复康对阻塞性黄疸 (obstructivejaundiceOJ)大鼠肝细胞内游离钙和内皮素 (endothelinET)的拮抗作用。方法　实验分三组。Ⅰ组 :假手术组 ;Ⅱ组 :阻塞性黄疸组 ;Ⅲ组 :肝复康预防治疗组。观察指标包括肝细胞内游离钙、血清丙氨酸转氨酶、血浆内皮素含量。结果　Ⅱ组上述各指标水平均明显增高 ,而Ⅲ组均呈不同程度的低值 ,与Ⅱ组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　中药肝复康通过拮抗肝细胞内游离钙和血浆内皮素的升高 ,进而延缓阻塞性黄疸肝损害的进程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the preventive effect of GanFuKang on cellular free calcium and endothelin in obstructive jaundice. Methods SD rats were divided randomly into three groups;group Ⅰ,normal group;group Ⅱ,obstructive jaundice model group;group Ⅲ,GanFuKang group. Ca 2+ plasma endothelin levels and serum levels of ALT were observed. Results Elevated plasma endothelin,Ca 2+ and ALT were markedly decreased(P<0.05),when treated in rats were intragastrically given GanFuKang once a day. Conclusion GanFuKang showed effects on reducing not only endothelin level,but also cellular free calcium level.The herbal medicine can prevent the progresses of liver injure for obstructive jaundice.更多还原
