【摘要】 目的　探讨腰臀部肌筋膜综合征的发病机制及综合治疗措施。方法　对 1 2 8例确诊患者分别采用动静结合、药物治疗、激痛点注射、手法治疗、手术治疗等综合治疗措施。结果　按优、良、可、差的疗效评定标准 ,本组优 80例 ,良 34例 ,可 1 0例 ,差 4例 ,优良率达 89%。结论　腰臀部肌筋膜综合征是引起腰腿痛最常见的原因之一。本病只要诊断准确 ,查清病因 ,综合治疗 ,处置适当 ,加之患者战胜疾病的信心和毅力 ,是完全可以治愈的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the pathogenesis and comprehensive treatment of myofascitis syndrome in waist and buttocks. Methods 128 cases with certain diagnosis were given comprehensive measures as coordination of motion and illness,pharmacotherapy,trigger point injection,manual therapy,operative treatment,and so on. Results According to the effective standard of excellent,good,better and poor,the efficiency of 80 cases were excellent,34 cases good,10 cases better and 4 cases poor,the excellent rate is 89%. Conclusion Myofascitis syndrome is one of the most common causes of waist and lower limb pain,which can be cured in case of accurate diagnosis,finding out the pathogeny,applying comprehensive treatment,proper handling plus the patients’ resolution and will power.更多还原
