微波硫等离子体光谱能量分布曲线的计算
Spectrum Power Distribution Simulation of Microwave Sulfure Plasma
【摘要】 本文在理论模拟计算微波硫灯辐射的光谱能量分布时 ,使用了Voigt轮廓对K rber进行光谱能量分布模拟时所使用的矩形谱线轮廓进行了修正 ,较好地解决了大于 6 30nm的长波光谱缺失等问题 ,并通过对谱线半值宽度量级的计算和Doppler放宽效应、压力放宽效应与Voigt轮廓模拟结果的比对 ,得出了压力放宽在微波硫等离子体辐射放宽中占主导地位的结论 ,从而从理论上通过模拟方法计算 ,为气体放电光源寻找适宜的发光物质得到一条可行途径。
【Abstract】 Rectangular spectral line shape used by Krber has been improved with Voigt profile, by which the curve of spectrum power distribution is simulated and is well agreed with experiments. The primary effect of pressure in spectral line broadening is confirmed by the calculation of full width at half maximum(FWHM) and spectrum comparison.
