【摘要】 本文针对某肉联厂屠宰肉冷却间原氨制冷系统从未正常运行过的现象 ,进行了理论分析 ,找出了其关键原因是原氨制冷系统设计存在严重问题 ;根据新的设计 ,对原氨制冷系统实施了改造工程 ;长时间的运行表明 ,新的设计和改造不但使冷却间的制冷效果达到了生产要求 ,并节约电耗更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the abnormal phenomena of an ammonia refrigeration system which had been installing in a cooling butchered meat workshop have been analyzed theoretically,and the main reasons causing the abnormal phenomena has been found out from the serious designing problems of previous Ammonia refrigeration system.The new Ammonia refrigeration system has been designed and the reconstructing plan has been carried out.According to the result of the long term operating,the new system have turned out to be successful not only in achieving required cooling effect of meat workshop,but also in saving electric energy.更多还原
